Situation - The total number of sessions and the total revenue both were very low as the brand had just started its Amazon journey in a market which is niche in India. Advertising spends were also very low at an overall account level.
Objective

  • Launching separate campaigns for products with low revenue and low sessions to boost the visibility.
  • Planning organic activities with an attempt to improve the reviews and ratings so that the brand credibility is built which will help in getting maximum conversions in the future.
  • Monitoring the daily sessions and total revenue on a daily basis and deciding the ad strategy for the next day accordingly.
  • Operating at a high Ad ACOS initially at higher ad spends and gradually bringing down the ad spends to check the spillover effect.
