Having successfully bagged a funding round on Shark Tank India(Season 2), the next plan is to aggressively scale the business on all channels(Amazon being one of their top revenue contributing platforms).

Increasing ad spends every quarter which was also leading to an increase in the ACOS, thereby affecting the profit margins substantially every month.
Objective
Improving the ROAS and ensuring that the total revenue doesn’t drop, or at least remains the same.
Strategy
• Replacing low ASP products with high ASP products to increase ASP for all branded keywords as the low ASP products were already present organically for branded keywords.
• Launching remarketing(views and purchases) campaigns for the organically top selling products to
increase repeat purchase rate.
• Self-defence ASIN campaigns were mixed and distorted. Advertised only the top selling and high ASP products in self-defence ASIN campaigns.
• Advertising high ASP products on generic keywords instead of low ASP products to improve the AOV.
• Pausing several campaigns which had low rating products where a lot of ad budget was being
consumed(around 15%) with extremely high ACOS.
